ABOUT THE LAW OFFICE
The law office “Cabała & Partners” operates in the market of legal services for many years. The idea of the founder was to create the local legal firm, which would combine the knowledge about the polish legal system and polish realities of the economic turnover with European tradition of the civil law and efficient organization congruent with the international standards.
The owner of the firm has successfully accomplished the legal advisor’s and judge’s legal apprenticeships completed with the professional exams. Before foundation of the law office he has gained experience in large, international legal offices in Warszawa, also as the head of the litigation department.
His extensive experience concerns mostly corporate services provided to capital companies, especially these with foreign capital. In his career the owner of the firm worked also for the period of 6 years at the University of Łódź, leading the classes for the students of both law and marketing and doing research in the Department of Commercial Law.
The professional legal service with the highest level of competence, the understanding of our clients’ needs and well-planned operation according to the rules of professional ethic – these are the most important strengths of our lawyers, who form the young, dynamic team of the law firm. For and with the law firm “Cabała & Partners” works the team of experienced and broadly educated lawyers: polish legal advisors, legal advisor’s apprentices, judge’s apprentices and lawyers who specialize in the key areas of law. To our coworkers belong the specialists, who had gained their experience in reputable legal offices providing services to large, international corporations and who then have joined our firm to work for our clients. All our lawyers speak English fluently and some of them speak also German. The proper qualifications of our lawyers and their broad experience give effect in the form of high quality of legal services offered by the law firm.
Thanks to the academic experience of the founder, the law firm leads also courses in such area of law as commercial law, labour law and tax law. The law firm is situated in well-equipped, modern office in the center of Poznań, near to courts, institution of public and local government administration and to the meeting centre of polish and foreign guests – the Old Market.
