The law service in the area of labour law includes among others:

• drawing the employment contracts, task-specific contracts, contracts of mandate,
• preparing the service contracts, especially company management contracts,
• drawing the non-competition agreements both during the employment and after its termination, drawing the agreement of shared responsibility of entrusted property,
• preparing the work regulations and remunerations regulations,
• obtaining permissions for employment of foreigners,
• representation before the labour courts in the disputes with employees,
• legal responsibility of the employer and employees,
• accidents at work and occupational diseases,
• remuneration, working time, employee leave.
